This page summarises our cancellation and refund policy. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions, which take priority if there’s ever a difference between the two.
If You Need to Cancel
Single-session bookings
Cancel with 48 hours’ notice or more: we’ll try to help. Please contact us and we’ll see what we can arrange.
Cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice: the booking is non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to offer you an alternative date instead.
Block bookings — term, 12-week or annual
Block bookings are non-refundable once made.
If your child misses an individual session within a block, that session isn’t refunded, but we’re happy to send you a summary of what was covered so your child can try the activity at home if you have the materials.
Need to move to a different date, time or child? Get in touch — transfers are possible by prior agreement.
If We Need to Cancel or Reschedule
Sometimes classes need to be cancelled or rearranged, for example due to illness, weather or a venue becoming unavailable.
If this happens on our side, you’ll be offered either:
An alternative date
A full refund
whichever you’d prefer.
If a Class Doesn’t Have Enough Children Booked to Run
If a class doesn’t reach the minimum numbers needed to go ahead, we’ll offer you either an alternative date or a full refund.
Why 48 Hours?
Our classes involve pre-purchased materials and, for group sessions, spaces that can’t always be filled at short notice.
This 48-hour window helps us plan fairly for everyone booked in.
A Note on Your Cancellation Rights
Because our classes are leisure activities booked for a specific date, the standard 14-day “cooling-off” cancellation right that applies to some online purchases doesn’t apply in the same way here.

How to Cancel or Ask About a Transfer
Please email us at Paperscissorssquad@gmail.com as soon as you know, including your booking details, and we’ll get back to you to sort out the best option.
